Legal
Privacy policy
This site sets no cookies and carries no trackers. What follows explains the personal data OGABIYI ApS receives through this website, why it is kept, and the rights you hold under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
1. Data controller
OGABIYI ApS, Copenhagen, Denmark. CVR pending. Contact: info@ogabiyi.com. There is no separate data protection officer; enquiries are handled directly by the controller.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site. Nothing else is collected, derived or purchased.
- Contact form: your name, email address, chosen subject, and the content of your message.
- Suggest-a-cause form: your name, email address, optional organisation, and your description of the cause.
- Annual impact letter: your email address only.
- For all three: the timestamp of your consent and of the submission.
We do not collect special-category data, and you should not send any.
3. Purpose
Contact and cause submissions are used to read, assess and respond to your enquiry. Impact letter subscriptions are used solely to send the annual impact letter. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we never sell or rent it.
4. Legal basis
Consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Consent is given by ticking the unticked consent checkbox on each form; without it, the form cannot be submitted. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@ogabiyi.com, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Storage and processors
Submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database provided by Lovable Cloud (Supabase), processed on infrastructure located in the European Union. The provider acts as a data processor on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Access is restricted to the controller; the website itself can write submissions but cannot read them back.
6. Retention
Contact and cause submissions are deleted no later than 24 months after they are received. Impact letter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, after which the record is deleted.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data rectified, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ogabiyi.com. We respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark.
8. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics.
There is no advertising network, no tag manager, no pixel and no session recording. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required. Standard server logs may be produced by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.
9. Security and changes
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by database-level access rules. If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page.
